Every piece from The Platinum Door Pinup is crafted and packaged with care to ensure you receive only the finest quality items. Because many of our products are intimate garments and made to order, we maintain a strict hygiene and quality control policy.

Returns

Due to the intimate nature of lingerie, beauty items, and custom garments, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or defective. This policy ensures the safety, hygiene, and integrity of all our customers’ purchases.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit for the value of the item.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if production or fulfillment has not yet begun. Please email support@theplatinumdoorpinup.com immediately with your order details.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom, made-to-measure, or personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has started. Each item is hand-made specifically for you and tailored to your selected size, fabric, and style.

Refunds (if applicable)

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Lingerie (bras, panties, corsets, robes)

  • Beauty products or cosmetics

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items
