  • Made-to-order or custom pieces (such as lingerie sets or robes) require 7–14 business days for creation before shipment.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer secure shipping through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination (usually 10–21 business days).

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

International Customers

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the purchase price. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary by country.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll assist you in filing a claim and do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. The Platinum Door Pinup is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of lingerie and beauty products, returns and exchanges are not accepted for hygiene reasons. However, if there is a defect or issue with your order, please reach out within 5 business days of receipt and we’ll be happy to assist.
